Becoming the Beloved: Rumi Reimagined is an album about the human journey to self-love. It is comprised of ten tracks, nine of which are inspired by the poetry of Rumi and the teachings of the Enneagram and the tenth one inspired by a Sufi story. The first nine tracks are based on the nine primary fears or mental constructs that block us from becoming ‘one with ourself’ and ‘one with the Divine’. The tenth track reminds us that the Beloved lies within us and that we don’t need to search externally for that which we already are.

This album is about the journey of retrieving all of the fragmented parts of the self that have been disowned and deemed unacceptable. It is about surrendering into unconditional love of who we are.
